Macro
Also known as macros, PhotoRobot macros. Category: Software
A macro in PhotoRobot Controls is a stored sequence of commands that automates a capture workflow across one or more folders. Commands include changing folder, running a sequence, copying images between folders and loading presets.
How PhotoRobot uses it
A typical macro captures a 360 spin and copies selected frames into a stills folder, so the same angles are not photographed twice. A macro can also pause so the operator can turn an object upside down to capture its other hemisphere. Macros can be triggered by barcodes and tags, and Macro PI Action adds PhotoRobot Intelligence steps to them.
